7. Custom Orders

Custom-designed jewelry, footwear, accessories, fashion pieces, and personalized creations are handcrafted exclusively for each client.

Because these items are custom-made:

All custom orders are final.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and approving all design details before production begins.

8. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Appointments for fashion consulting, wardrobe styling, personal shopping, image consulting, custom jewelry design, and all personalized services must be scheduled in advance.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

All appointment fees are non-refundable once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed.
